The Uppsala Region is characterized by strong growth, and the Property and Service Management is an important part of this. We at Property and Service manage over one billion kronor and have about 400 employees. We develop, manage, and maintain a floor area of over 700,000 square meters, ranging from new advanced healthcare buildings to medieval castles. We also handle transportation and work with logistical solutions within the Uppsala Region and are responsible for meal services for hospitalized patients. Most of our customers are in healthcare, and the largest customer is the Academic Hospital. Our Operations

Property Management has about 80 employees responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Academic Hospital and other properties in the county belonging to the Uppsala Region. We are now looking for someone who wants to work with operations and maintenance within our telecom group and offer you friendly colleagues and a job in a changing environment with steady and sometimes strong technical development.

Your Assignment

You will work with planned supervision and maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance. Some of the systems that the telecom group manages include patient signal systems, emergency lighting, intercoms, central antenna systems, and battery systems. You will plan and execute work orders independently. You are expected to create and maintain good customer contacts, contribute to a good working environment, and follow established routines and instructions in our operational system.

Your Qualifications

You have a telecommunications education and several years of professional experience. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and commitment. As a person, you have good social skills with a positive attitude and are responsive to the customer's needs. You have good prioritization skills and are quality-conscious in your work. You take responsibility for your own work while being accustomed to and enjoying working in a team. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
